Driving around downtown LA is both frustrating and magical. Magical because there is so many cool things to see. Frustrating because parking, one way streets and traffic is a beast. But we managed to find a garage where it was $9 for the day (I'm sure there was cheaper) but after driving around and wondering about all the posts of rules on the street poles for parking, we decided to play it safe and grab a spot close to where we were starting to give up but also close to the Broad Museum.

Exploring Crystal Bridges
Crystal Bridges was high on our list + it was recommended by a couple of my siblings to go check out. It was free and so worth it to explore!
I know there is going to be quite a lot of pictures but take a scroll and enjoy :)

La Brea Tar Pits
I've been here once, a couple years ago so I guess I was due back for a visit? Since the inlaws & aunt were in town and they wanted to go, I became the designated driver for this L.A. trip. Here's what we did and saw!

Miracle of America Museum
The sun was in the worst spot but we were headed towards Glacier National Park on Saturday evening after spending a wonderful portion of the day at Gem Mountain in Philipsburg. We had barely passed this sign on the freeway and I saw some of the cool antiques outside and knew we had to stop. Plus I needed to get a picture with a certain something! (revealed at the end of the post).
