Six Flags Over Texas Experience

Tony got us passes that let us go to every Six Flags location in the US. This is our first time going outside of California and it was a trip! Right now the park is only open on the weekends but when summer comes, there will be more days available to go.

Check out our experience at Six Flags Over Texas

My first view of the park as we got closer. This roller coasters looks interesting and a bit crazy!

I always take a photo to remember where we park. Especially in a parking lot of this size. Peep our white Lexus rented through Turo!

This is the first ride that Tony & I decided to ride. It was about 30'ish minute wait. Luckily it was a shady wait.

It went SO high but it was really fun!

This looked cool on the outside but apparently it was a very intense ride on the inside. We decided not to ride it but it was intriguing.

Check out the details of it here

We tried the "Korean Corn Dogs" rolled in sugar and filled with mozzarella cheese
I'd have to say the one I had in Saga, Japan was better
We waited a super duper long time for this. Like, an hour? Ridiculous.

Luckily we also got pizza to eat as we were waiting. I love having a food pass attached to our ticket. Sharing 1 food pass is perfect.

Some fun wildlife

Especially these super cute birds! A scrub jay and a cardinal I believe

These taco hats were too cute and I badly wanted one. But it was a want, not a need..

Some sights around the park

I forgot to pose for this ride! I was just trying to hang on and not scream.

The ride that takes your photo seemed to be the only one in the park that does that but we didn't check out every ride, obviously. But this one was pretty fun to ride. Intense but not over the top.

We rode the train to get to a different area of the park

Selfie on the train. I was not feeling great but managed to make it through the day

The bottom of the sign says, Everything's Bigger in Texas

Loved the metal parrot art

Riding this new-to-us ride, kind of reminded me of Pirates of the Caribbean at Disneyland, minus all the pirate characters.

This ride had the weirdest characters, I am not sure what the story-line is but it was interesting to see as we floated by each display

Saw some characters!

Beautiful sunset at the end of a very busy day walking around. Took a lot of breaks. It was warm/some humidity but not crazy unbearable. Luckily Tony had his water bottle we were able to fill up often with ice and that helped a lot!

Have you been to this Six Flags before? Which ride was your favorite?
